Hello,
I would like to get some information on hiring a crew and renting equipment for a short film. I am on a limited budget and would like to see what my options would be. The entire short would take place in Los Angeles in a Motel/Hotel room. I haven’t picked the location as of yet and the film is a little over 15 minutes long.

Hello, let me introduce myself: I’m Stefano Pratesi, I’m Film director, acting coach, commercials director, corporate videos and documentary director, scriptwriter with 19 years of experience in the field, second unit director.

At the beginning I have been worked like production assistant, until I become Executive producer for Mr. Bitterlin and FinalTouch Production, Germany for a “Mueller Milk” film shot in florence.

After that, a lot of years ago, I have been started to work like second assistant director and I started to write screenplay. I’m scuba dive and I shot also several documentaries under sea.

I have been worked for 5 years like first assistant director in italian tv series and feature films and now I work like film and commercials director, but also like second unit director, corporate videos director, acting coach, scriptwriter. I have been written severals Tv series screenplay for Mediaset and Rai television.

I anticipate the AF100 will indeed be a game changer. Many of the best features from DSLR’s and Camcorders, at a sub-$5K price. But why so cheap? HPX170′s still run $8K??? The answer is simple – NO GLASS. Let’s face it, the amount of MFT lenses available for rental anywhere is quite limited indeed. I guess I’m licky in that regard – I already have OLYMPUS and LUMIX MFT lenses in stock, even prior to the AF100 release. Pro-active one might say. Not a OLY/LUM lens fan? Do not worry, I also have the NIKON to MFT and CARL ZEISS CY to MFT adapters in stock – right now. About 50 lenses to pick from as well. Ask SEAN for more details.
